Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, Inc. (MLSLI) is a computerized network of more than 2,800 cooperating real estate offices, located across Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Counties. Within this service, thousands of professional REALTORS®, both owner brokers and their sales associates, share listing and sale information, and work together to serve the buying and selling public.  MLSLI is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Long Island Board of REALTORS ®.

MLS’ talented web designers offer you full web design services including creating your web site, developing your graphics and logos, domain name registration and web sit hosting.  You can elect to add flash to your site, showcase your featured properties, include your agents, a BRS / IDX search, include a home scroll with your listings, sold properties, open houses, lead generator forms and much more.  

BRS / IDX Solutions:   

MLS provides Broker Reciprocity (BRS) / IDX solutions to more than 850 Realtors.  With BRS, Realtors enhance the value of their site by displaying over 32,000 MLS listings from MLS Participants.   BRS can help you keep consumers coming back to you site and capture valuable leads.  MLS offers two BRS solutions:

• BRS Search Engine to frame to your website with no programming on your end
  

  OR

• BRS Daily Feed of raw data where your web developer provides the software to store and search the listings.
